Terms of Service
This "Terms of Service" document represents an offer by Meteo Asia (hereinafter – "Rights Holder") to enter into a free-of-charge information services agreement on the terms set out below.
Please read the terms of this Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into a contract based on them, you must immediately cease any use of the Service.
1. General provisions
1.1. The following terms and definitions apply in this document and the relationships arising from or related to it:
- Service – the totality of functional capabilities of the Rights Holder's software and hardware, including the Site and Content, to which the User is granted access for information services purposes.
- Site – an automated information system accessible on the internet at (including subdomains) https://meteo.asia.
- User – you and/or another person on whose behalf you have entered into this Agreement with the Rights Holder in accordance with applicable law and this Agreement.
- Content – any information materials, including textual, graphical, audiovisual and other materials accessible via the Service.
1.2. Use of the Service in any way and form within its declared functional capabilities creates an agreement under the terms of this Agreement and the mandatory documents referenced therein, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
1.3. By using any of the Service's capabilities, you confirm that you have fully read the terms of this Agreement and the mandatory documents referenced therein before starting to use the Service, and accept all terms without any exceptions or limitations.
2. General conditions of use of the Service
2.1. A mandatory condition for entering into this Agreement is the User's full and unconditional acceptance and compliance with the Privacy Policy available at https://meteo.asia.
2.2. The Rights Holder may set limits and introduce other technical restrictions on the use of the Service.
3. Restrictions
3.1. Consumer protection legislation does not apply to the Parties' relations regarding the provision of the Service on a free-of-charge basis.
3.2. The Service is provided for use for informational and entertainment purposes on an "as is" basis.
3.3. Since the Service is in a stage of continuous addition and updating, the form and nature of the services provided may change from time to time without prior notice to the User.
3.4. The User has no right to copy, reverse engineer, emulate, or decompile the Service without prior written consent from the Rights Holder.
3.5. If errors in the operation of the Service are discovered, please report them to the Rights Holder at the address listed in the details.
3.6. Under any circumstances, the liability of the Rights Holder is limited to 0 (zero) somoni and is imposed on them exclusively where fault is present in their actions.
4. Notifications
4.1. The User agrees to receive informational electronic messages from the Rights Holder.
4.2. The Rights Holder may use notifications to inform the User about changes and new features of the Service.
5. Other terms
5.1. This Agreement is governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
5.2. All disputes shall be heard in the court at the location of the Rights Holder.
5.3. This Agreement may be amended or terminated by the Rights Holder unilaterally without prior notice to the User.
